Philosophy Our Team Policies
Referral Reward System:
Dr. Leone welcomes new patients to her practice. By inviting a friend to experience dental care in our office, you pay our staff the highest compliment. To thank you for your referral, you’ll be rewarded as follows:
• 1st referral - Choice of $20 gift card to #1 Pro Nails, $20 gift card to Interbay Golf Center or $20 credit to your account
• 3rd referral - $50 gift card for any of the Chow Foods Restaurants or $50 credit to your account
• 5th referral - 15% discount for a one year period
Cancellations:
Because Dr. Leone reserves 100% of her time just for your appointment, we ask that you provide at least two working days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Environmentally Friendly Practices:
At Leone Dental we are committed to operating an environmentally-conscious office, reducing our impact on the earth whenever possible.
Our practices include:
• Low VOC and low-toxic materials used in the building process
• Energy efficient appliances and lighting (in non-treatment areas)
• Proper disposal of amalgam waste water through separation process
• Recycling, reusing and buying locally whenever possible
• Chartless/paper-free office
Financial Policies:
We ask that payment be made at the time of service.
For patients with insurance we will estimate the patient portion that is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims and assist in making collections from insurance companies. However, if payment is not made by the insurance company, the patient or their caregiver is ultimately responsible.
A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance will be charged on all accounts exceeding 60 days.
Fee estimates will be guaranteed for a period of six months.
